EZClaim Premier has the capability of checking the data structure in ANSI 837 files. Please keep in mind that this functionality is NOT a fully-featured claim scrubbing system and thus will not catch certain errors that a clearinghouse or payer may catch in their own review processes. Older versions of Premier included a ‘Check for Errors’ button. In Release 612, Premier was enhanced to automatically check for errors before claim submission – saving you time and alerting you of any Errors and Warnings for timely editing of your claims. Additional options allow you to put claims on hold and/or create tasks.
