Deleting Patients

IMPORTANT: Patients cannot be deleted from the Scheduler if the patient has claims in the EZClaim medical billing software.

1.   Click the ‘Edit Patient’ icon  to open the patient record screen.

2.   Click the Delete button

3.   Click ‘Yes’ when asked ‘Are you sure you want to delete this patient?’.
