EZClaim Scheduler allows you to export HL7 2.3.1 and HL7 2.5.1 files. To access the setup, go to Tools > Interface Library and enter the administrator password.
Activation Code: Contact EZClaim to obtain this code.
Active: Check this box to turn on the export feature.
Patient events: Check the options from the pulldown menu to trigger an export.
Appointment Events: Check the options from the pulldown menu to trigger an export.
Appointment Reason Source: Select a reason source that will trigger an export.
Frequency: Specify in minutes how often the program will export data.
Export Each Event Individually: Check this box to prevent event batching.
Export Location Radio Button: Select whether to export to a specified directory (n the user’s network) or to an SFTP site.
Show Log: Review the history of exports.
